An alumnus of the Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions, after his post-graduation in English, he pursued Masters in Human Resources Management and thereafter worked in the field of HRM for a decade. His last assignment, before he chose to dedicate himself to the cause of education was with the Transport Training Institute and Consultancy, Bangalore, which caters to the training needs for the employees of a variety of Institutions including the state run Organizations under Government of Karnataka. He supports the Public relations and HR functions of the Trust.
